Show Me state Missouri did what the great vexatious litigator President Trump didn't have the balls to do: Sue Communist China

Well, shit! Why didn't the great vexatious litigator President Trump have U.S. Attorney General William Barr sue Communist China in the World Court on behalf of America and all Americans, or in  United States District Court in super hard hit New York City?

Well, shit! What's the difference between the Communist China government shutting up Chinese doctors, journalists and social mediaists who spoke of the dangers of the coronavirus and President Trump not letting Dr. Anthony Fauci testify before Congress about the coronavirus?
