Great, important follow-up on Zelenko. I'm going to get the quercetin, I assume available on Amazon. Any suggestions of the form of zinc--any otc pills okay?

In this case, I find the liberal left exactly as wrong as good cops refusing to stop bad cops: liberals refuse to support good demonstrators trying to stop steal-and-burn "demonstrators." I think this is critical to our next election, as it was to Nixon in 68.

The violent demonstrators are as much a political godsend for President Trump and the right as the Confederate flag wavers, KKK, Nazis, Neo-Nazies, etc. and Trump's handling Covid-19 are a political godsend to the left.
Something came to me as I was thinking about the violent demonstrators. What if they aren't all leftists? What if some of them are infiltrated rightists, who go into peaceful left demonstrations with the purpose of smearing the left and justify Trump sending in federal police and even the military, and Trump postponing or calling off the November election? I do not think that is an entirely far-fetched thing to wonder in these times.
Meanwhile, what are demonstrators left or right thinking when they gather in mass with Red Dawn sweeping over America as if the initial invasion was a request to come over for a cup of tea? What were Trump and his legions thinking when they refused to wear face masks in crowded places? Were they intentionally trying to inflame the pandemic? Were they convinced it was all a liberal media scare hoax? Were they convinced it would some how all go away? Were they idiots? Were they bio terrorists? Are all demonstrations, left or right, bio terrorism at this point in time? What about packed churches? What about packed schools this fall?
Well, the Red Dawn part of the national disruption could be seriously mitigated by Dr. Zelenko's cure, using hydroxychloroquine to drive zinc into body cells where zinc stops Covid-19 replication.
As for quercetin, a friend reported being told in a dream after I first wrote about quercetin a while back, to tell me that quercetin does drive zinc into body cells like hydroxychloroquine does. However, quercetin has been used in large doses to force pychedelic drugs through the blood brain barrier into the brain to get the desired effect, and quercetin also can drive existing diseases in the body into the brain. So, I think it's necessary to be careful with quercetin dosage level. Also, I think taking quercetin daily to prevent catching Covid-19 is not a good idea. Nor is taking hydroxycholoroquine daily to prevent Covid-19 infection.

I obtained quercetin from A-Squared Nutrition and Zinc gluconate from Puritan Pride. Zelenko uses zinc phosphate. I get Vitamin C from CVS. Well-stocked with all three. I eat a curry meal every day, because I like curry food and curry contains tumeric:
I also take vitamin B-1, magnesium, vitamins K-2 and D-3 supplements. Had to go online to find K-2. Got D-3, magnesium, B-1 and fish oil at CVS.
I eat lots of the darkest green Chinese veggies I can get at local Asian markets. Lots of sweet potatoes and brown rice. Use lots of garlic and ginger also. Make milkshake every morning from blender: pulverized sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, dried banana chips, dried blue berries and cranberries soaked over night in organic coconut milk or goat milk. Drink unsweetened cranberry juice diluted with tap water I let stand 24 hours in open container to evaporate out chlorine or bromine used by local water works.
I also have MMS, which is being touted at a Covid-19 cure. Contains chlorine dioxide. Had to order it online, took nearly a month to arrive via circuitous routes to dodge FDA. MMS gets a lot of bad press, but I was shown in a dream that I should use it if feel symptoms of Covid-19. Chlorine dioxide now being used in Latin countries where Covid-19 is spiking. Hydroxychloroquine also used a lot in Latin America. You might find this recent NY Times article sometimes amusing.
