Spring Equinox coronavirus survival strategies

I get fresh meat, yogurt, coconut milk and almond-cashew milk from nearby grocery stores. From those stores and an Asian market, I stocked, and restock, with curry powder, coconut, sesame and olive oil, misso, brown rice, dried seaweed, ginger root, garlic, dried coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, dried blueberries and cherries, ginger and date snacks, multigrain crackers, almond butter and V-8 juice. I have access to a collard greens and cabbage patch. I have several jugs of tap water stored with the tops off to evaporate out toxic chemicals. I have a good supply of toilet paper and paper towels. I have cash put away. I refill my car's gas tank when it reaches half empty. I have two debit cards. My doctor is an urgent care walk-in clinic run by a medical school.

Dreams last night advised me to keep mostly to myself. My social life reduced to talking on the telephone, the internet, and casual conversations on the sidewalk and in grocery stores.

A growing number of state governors ordered their residents to stay home, except for emergencies. The Florida Keys, whose economy depends on tourism, ordered hotels, motels, guesthouses, bed and breakfasts and transient rentals for less than 30 days to close and tourists to leave by 6 p.m. tomorrow night. Blue Ridge, Georgia, whose economy depends on tourism, still hollers, "Ya'll Come!"

Meanwhile, my coronavirus preventive measures Facebook post below drew  flack regarding the home breath test. At the bottom of the comments is a Fact Check Facebook belatedly provided before I made my last comment, this morning.
A friend sent me Stanford Hospital Recommended quick home test for Corona Virus
":The new Coronavirus may not show sign of infection for many days. How can one know if he/she is infected? By the time they have fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% Fibrosis and it's too late. Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning. Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds. If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc., it proves there is no Fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicates no infection. In critical time, please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air. Serious excellent advice by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases: Everyone should ensure your mouth & throat are moist, never dry. Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least. Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, your stomach acid will kill all the virus. If you don't drink enough water more regularly, the virus can enter your windpipe and into the lungs. That's very dangerous. Please send and share this with family and friends. Take care everyone and may the world recover from this Coronavirus soon.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - CORONAVIRUS
1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold 2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose. 3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees. It hates the Sun. 4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne. 5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap. 6. On fabric it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it. 7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice. 8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on. 9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice. 10. Can't emphasis enough - drink plenty of water! THE SYMPTOMS 1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days 2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further. 3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty in breathing. 4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention. SPREAD THE WORD

A Fool's Work Never Ends Reported to whom and why? The information was sent to me by a scientist friend, who is really particular about scams. A lot of what was in the information seemed dead on to me, but I'm not a scientist. I paid FB to boost this particular post. FB then said the boost was under review. FB then said it had boosted the post. Amd. FB invited me to boost it again.
    • A Fool's Work Never Ends
A Fool's Work Never Ends Thanks all for your input. Looks like Facebook added the THEJOURNAI.IE fact check below, which I opened and read. WHO says the coronavirus does not cause fibrosis in the lungs, and the 10 second breath test therefore is false. I am reading and hearing elsewhere that rough cases of the virus cause permanent lung damage. WHO says only lab tests can determine for sure if someone has the virus. Unfortunately, the demand for lab tests greatly exceeds who can get tested. Also unfortunately, many infected people have no or only mild symptoms and are infecting other people without realizing it.

Except for the controversial 10 second breath test, it looks to me that what's in the post Facebook did not take down, by the way, seems like darn good advice. Governments, scientists and the medical community, and their corporate backers/masters, don't care for free medical advice, home or folk remedies, alternative treatments. The health care establishment wants a monopoly, and wants the government to protect that monopoly.

If the world had not listened to the so-called liberals and their media, if the world instead had listened to the Chinese leaders and Donald Trump in the early stages of the outbreak, then the pandemic might be much worse today. I'm grateful for WHO and the CDC, for examples, and to the media, for trying to alert the general public, humanity, to what was unfolding.

Now, we have American governors doing what Trump and Congress would not do. Shutting down all but essential businesses and services, telling people to stay home, unless they have to leave home. I was shown in dreams last night, that I should do that for two weeks. I figure that was provisional advice. Wait and see, as Trump says. Who knows what it will be like in two weeks? Not Trump, Not anyone.
