Doctors File for Injunction to Release Hydroxychloroquine; Ohio Pharm Board Walks Back Ban

A physicians group that wants the U.S. FDA to release hydroxychloroquine for use to treat COVID-19 filed a court injunction to force the agency to allow them use it. “Nearly 100 million doses of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) were donated to these agencies, and yet they have not released virtually any of it to the public,” the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons says on its website.
“Why should Americans have to wait until they or a loved one is on a ventilator before they gain access to medication to overcome this virus?” The doctors also posted a graph on the site showing that COVID-19 death rates are many times higher in countries that have banned or discouraged use of hydroxychloroquine.
Meanwhile the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, which on July 29 banned the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 in the state, did an about-face and removed the ban June 30, after Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said in a public speech that the decision to use hydroxychloroquine should be between a patient and a doctor, not the board.

I think Dr. Simone Gold and her compadre doctors should have kept to themselves their views on face masks. I didn't read all of the articles linked to my blog post yesterday. See this article, which I'm sure is skewed, but AAPS itself appears skewed.

IMO, if everybody at risk were to take a single dose of 200 mg of HCQ every two weeks and optimize their zinc levels... this thing would be over and all these masks will not be needed! I already told you that the kinds of masks people are using offer very, very, limited protection against ANY viral airborne pathogen! If at risk, you need to stay away from any person that you know could be sick, the mask you're using is NOT going to protect you!

It looks to me that the most important function of masks is to help prevent mask wearers from spreading C-19 to other people, which you do not mention here, and it seems the mask-haters never mention prevention, either, which is why I call them bioterrorists egged on by their Great White Father in Washington.
I agree, Dr. Fauci has turned out to be a weasel, and Dr. Brix, too. In the FOX video you provided, one doctor guest harps on the obvious: children tend not to get hit hard by C-19. From there, the doctor guest says children should be in school 5 days a week, like is happening in other countries. The economy will do better if working parents' children are in school and the parents can get back to work. I think the jury is still way far out, though, on teachers and school staff being infected by asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic children, and those children's parents and grandparents and friends being infected.
Zelenko's hydroxychloroquine, zinc, azithromycin early-stage infection protocol made widely available, far better, over the counter, would enable very person in America to get on with life without fear of ending up in a hospital fighting for life. Would. For based on what I still see all over Facebook, there is huge, adamant, even virulent prejudice against Zelenko's triple protocol. So, even if hydroxychloroquine were available over the counter, America would remain all fucked up.
I found myself thinking this morning that older people, who very definitely are at grave risk if they catch-19, might be deciding whether their survival chances are better with Trump or Biden? So far, Trump has not given them a lot of warm fuzzy assurances they will survive C-19. Nor has he behaved like there is anything for them to worry about from C-19. Not that I see any warm fuzzy coming out of Biden. As if he has no clue nor any plan for helping America deal with C-19. As if he is proceeding as if C-19 is a Republican media scare hoax
